Terms of Service

1. What Sellum is

Sellum ("the Service") is an online venue where members list goods and skills, and arrange sales or trades with each other. Sellum is not a party to any transaction. We don't own, inspect, ship, or guarantee anything listed, and we don't hold funds or act as escrow.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Listings and conduct

You may not list anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, hazardous, or that you don't have the right to sell. No spam, harassment, or fraud. We may remove listings or suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the venue healthy.

4. Deals between members

Prices, trades, meeting arrangements, and the quality of goods or services are strictly between the members involved. Use judgment: meet safely, verify items in person, and review your trading partner honestly afterward.

5. Paid promotions

Optional paid placements (e.g. featured listings) are processed by Stripe. Promotion fees are non-refundable once the promotion begins. Promotions don't imply endorsement of a listing.

6. Content

You keep ownership of what you post but grant Sellum a license to display it on the Service. Don't post content you lack rights to.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellum's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for most members, is zero).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
